ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Paris, I've always been fascinated by Health and Well-being.

After 5 years of medical school (Universite Paris Decartes) , I specialized in nutrition (BTS Dietetique, Lycee Francois Rabelais, Paris) in 2015

​

I have first worked as a Registered Dietician nutritionist (RDn) for APHP, at Hopital Paris Saint Joseph

​

Thriving on challenge, I decided to move to another country to discover another culture and get out of my comfort zone and my easy Parisian life.

​

I chose Thailand, where I m living since 2016

 

Bangkok (2016-2018) 

​

In Bangkok, I decided to develop my own consulting firm in nutrition, Myhealthpat, to help numerous expat living to the fullest and in a healthy way their expatriation

​

With my friend Morgane, another French RDn based in Bangkok (true story!) , we organised healthy cooking workshops for French expats, kids and adults (“Morgane & Morgane Healthy Workshops” )

​

I also got the chance to work with

  • Rasayana Retreat, a holistic health center specializing in rejuvenation, based in Bangkok since 2003

  • Dressed, a healthy fast-casual dining concept serving chef-designed & customizable meals

 

Phuket (Jan 2018 - today) :

2018-2021 : Nutrition Manager at Thanyapura Health & Sports Resort

 

 

Throughout mycareer, I have specialized in Sports Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine and Health Coaching in order to help many different types of clients (from health enthusiasts to professional athletes) optimizing their lives, performances and overall wellbeing

 

Convinced of the importance of Holistic Approach when it comes to health, I decided to become a Yoga teacher (200Hr Yoga Teacher Training) and created her own Holistic Lifestyle Consulting company by the end of 2021

 

I am now offering my services to individuals and organizations, helping  them reaching their full potential through healthy lifestyle, nutrition, movement and mindfulness.
